The Trainer Fundamentals course is available to all adults in the Award who would like to learn more about the theoretical principles behind adult learning, instructional design, facilitation techniques and the role of the trainer within the Foundation. It is designed for Foundation or Operator staff, or those experienced IAC staff who wish to improve their skills and potentially become a trainer for other adults in the Award.
This course is the first step in the Trainer Development Path.
Please note: As of February 2023, the Foundation does not plan to deliver any in-person Trainer Skills courses in the coming year.
