Course aim:
The IAC Award Coordinator takes overall responsibility for the delivery of the Award within their organisation. They coordinate other Award staff, liaise with senior management and work with The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation (the Foundation) to ensure smooth operation of the Award in their organisation.
This course will provide IAC Award Coordinators with the knowledge to understand the role and responsibilities. It will also confirm details of the tasks to be completed including the frequency as well as resources at your disposal.
The training course will not cover the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver the Award in an IAC. This is covered in the following training:
- Level One - Delivering the Award course
- Level Two - Delivering the Award workshop
