One of the three focus areas of the Global Strategy 2018-2023 or one of the three types of Special Projects alongside Access and Reach. Essentially this is a general term, which is used in relation to actions or initiatives which help to improve the impact (as in experience) and quality of delivery for the participants and volunteers within the Award family.
