A generic term to describe an organisation or agency which is licensed to operate or deliver the Award. More specifically, it is one licensed by the IAF so can be either a National Award Operator (NAO), an Independent Award Centre (IAC) or Operating Partner (OP). Most commonly used in the plural as a collective term for NAOs, IACs and OPs.
