International Gold Event

This happens every three years, normally in the year prior to a Forum. It is the Association’s way of identifying the next generation of leaders, be they staff members, volunteers or trustees. Attendees, referred to as Emerging Leaders, are individuals who have made an impression on their local Award Operator and whose commitment might be strengthened by attending a skills development programme in an international context.
